Q: Does the lighting comply with current European Directives?

A: Yes. In conformity with European directive LVD Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/CE and EMC Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/CE.

Q: Can I order over the phone?

A: Yes. If for whatever reason you can’t or don’t want to order online, or your online order fails to process, then please feel free to call us and we will take your order over the phone.

Q: What are your opening times?

A: We are open Monday to Saturday 10am – 5pm and Sundays and Bank Holidays from 11am – 3pm.

Q: I have checked out and have entered too many items to my basket. I can’t seem to see how to delete the item.

A: Go to cart at the top right hand side of the page. The list of items in your cart will show up. Then to the left of these items is a cross, click on this to remove the item.

Q: Do I qualify for your free local delivery service?

A: If your postcode starts with either CB10 or CB11 then we will deliver to you free of charge.

Q: What does the ‘Local Pickup’ option at the checkout mean?

A: If it is more convenient for you to collect your order from our shop the select the ‘Local Pickup’ option when you reach the checkout on our website. This service is completely free of charge, too.
